The value of the merchandise Customer service All around wonderful

Needs to exchange a bracelet that my son ordered on line it was too small traveled 1 1hr to the store. Sales associate was very welcoming and explained everything about the care of my piece and was happy to make the exchange and went ahead and registered it for me.

Good products

I had a problem with my bracelet and charms. The store manager Missy reached out personally to me too address the issue. When I went back to the store, she helped me herself and was very professional. I wish their were more people like her that managed stores. It wasn't because of what she gave me, it was because of her knowledge and personality that the word will be spread and the store given a remarkable referral. Thank-you again

The staff was wonderfully helpful in helping me put my bracelet together and even made suggestions as to which charm to put where. I will continue to purchase merchandise at this Pandora, I wouldn't go anywhere else!
