Whenever I go to this store I am always greeted and have awesome experiences I am going thru cancer for the third time but now it’s in my lymph nodes and bones and liver so my husband takes me to this store for something to look forward to and it’s always pleasant

I'm a new customers to Pandora, as I was gifted a bracelet for Christmas. I thought the bracelet was to tight I went to the store to exchange. When I got to the store I was assisted by Ladashia who took the time to show me different options and in doing so I fell for your brand.

Melissa S went out of her to help with my exchange . I Encounter a problem with my transaction online with a coupon and my new credit card. She went way and above for me ,she was outstanding.

The sales associate I was working with was wonderfully polite, professional, and helpful. She was willing to work with me on finding my perfect necklace for however long it took. She also was willing to check if they had something in the back multiple times and if they didn’t she showed me similar pieces and told me I could order them online
