I couldn't find the ring I was looking for at this Pandora and they were willing to call another store to see if they had it. When I saw some thing I decided to purchase instead, she immediately was kind and checked me out. Then I saw a 25% off sign and they worked to return my original purchase while I chose another purchase to add to it so that I would qualify for the 25% off. I never felt that she was annoyed with me or aggravated and I totally appreciate that! This allowed me to get two purchases for a better price.

We went to Destiny USA. Although they were very busy, we walked in and was greeted right away by a lady named KIM. She was exceptional and very patient with us. We enjoyed visiting with her. It was a great experience.

I’ve hardly ever shopped at pandora before but she helped me find what I was looking for and gave me input on what was popular and a good buy. Whenever I go into our pandora at destiny mall I always have a great experience, everyone is helpful and nice. Which works out for me because I’d rather go to the store in person than online.
