As soon as we walked in we were asked if we needed help. The store was very clean and the woman we worked with was very nice. She helped us the best that she could.

There were plenty of rings to choose from. The store itself was beautiful. I wish the staff was more friendly or talkative…they were not rude but it didn't feel welcoming either. Smiling is always a good idea!

I like the design of Pandora jewelry. The lady who was helping me to choose what I was looking for is patient and friendly. She helped me to choose as a friend, not someone who wants to sell something as soon as possible so, I could trust what she was recommending.

I was highly satisfied with my pandora experience because , at first I just went to look around because I’m quite broke . My intention wasn’t to buy anything but the lady who helped me was very persuasive , had a great attitude, and great knowledge of the jewelry . I ended up getting a very pretty ring

The ease of the return, the swap out of exactly what I wanted, the staff helping me out with the 10 million questions I had, the staff being so patient and sharing their own bracelets for me to see and compare. I literally couldn’t have asked for a better experience. And that manager needs a raise because she was the absolute best!
