The sales associate was nice, and helpful. She was able to find what we wanted to purchase, and when she couldn’t locate a ring, she did what she could to try to find it. The staff worked together to make it an enjoyable experience.

I had never been to Pandora, I had seen the merchandise online, also have seen some things on others. But wow did the store look amazing, and the jewelry selection in person is so much better than on line. Online does not do the actual jewelry justice!!! So very impressed!

I was browsing the winter sale online and decided to stop in store to try on the stackable rings. Leanne (I believe that was her name) was so helpful and knowledgable about the birthstones and helped me right away. I had my baby with me so I really didn't have a lot of time and she was so great. She helped me with sizing and offered me the $5 polishing cloth which I needed but would not have remembered to ask for! I got such a great deal on my rings and I can't wait to wear them.

Manager Missy was extremely helpful and accommodating and interacted beautifully with her staff

The only reason I would not be visiting this store again is that I live in Canada and it is a 4 hour drive. I will however, be visiting a Pandora store in my local mall based on the service I received here. 😊

I was looking for my first bracelet, when I receive the notice that a winter sale was available. I went into the mall store and was very happy with the models of bracelets and rings are available! Buy my first beautiful bracelet and two rings. Very happy with this shop!
