It was black Friday so I know there would have been a crowd, however, the security communicated that we would be assisted shortly, the customer rep was great and also found and gave the necessary details! She was amazing!

The sales associate was very patient with my daughter who was shopping for her bff 18th bday present. I could tell she was still training but she was so nice and if she didn’t know about something she asked her manager questions but still had the best attitude towards us. We were greeted by both ladies with a warm welcome. We had a very pleasant experience.

Gina helped me pick out a beautiful Pandora Me matching bracelet and necklace in gold plated. She was very professional and helpful. I loved the Pandora Me earrings that she had on so much that I also bought them for myself!
