i received the bangle bracelet as a gift from my husband for our anniversary and was very disappointed when the bead broke off the end after only having it for 10 weeks. I took the bracelet back to pandora store and was treated great and they replaced the bracelet instead of trying to repair which made me very happy. The people who worked there were very nice

All items in stock except one. Sales associate was patient while I choose which ring I wanted. She was knowledgeable.

They went over and beyond to assist me with my return/credit. They also cleaned my three bracelets while I waited and assisted me with selecting my free earrings promo that was going on.

I located the Pandora store with ease and as soon as I walked into the store an associate asked if I needed any help. I showed her which charm I wanted and she retrieved it for me quickly. She also answered my many questions and inquiries about other charms.
