I went into the store having very little knowledge of what i was looking for. On top of the sales associate being able to give me a few options she gave me tips as to what to get in the future. The sales associate was quite kind and very helpful, I cant wait to go back and work with them again.

The associate was very prompt and curteous.

Sales girl very helpful showed me different styles of bracelets and charms. Explained return policy if not satisfied.

The sales associates were very friendly and extremely helpful in finding exactly what I was looking for. The associates also were not pushy in trying to get me to make a purchase.

I love the store I don’t have nothing bad to say

I don't like the way they show the products to the customer. They have a tray full of rings and she didn't even bring it out for me to see. She only brought out 2 options for me which she thinks would match the ring that I chose from the display. So literally I bought the ring the sales associate picked for me because I wasn't given the option to see the ring tray

The sales associate was not as friendly or willing to help as I'm used to.

I did feel rushed by the sales associate and did not like that the necklaces or charms that I was looking for were in locked cases out of customer sight. If I did not ask for the specific charm, I would have never found it and would have left the store without making a purchase.

I was satisfied because my wait was short! Although the charm I wanted was out of stock, I found another one in it's place!

i must have made a mistake somewhere in the survey i was Satisfied with Pandora Experience and I would shop there again
