Prices are high for one small charm with very little to it. The associates were quick to assist me and ask if I needed anything, but that can feel like I am being rushed or pressured if I'm not sure what I want yet.

Store is VERY small and cramped. 3 people working but only 2 of them paying attention to the full store of customers, other one was playing with her phone and then went to the back room. I went in the store once before I made my purchase and left cause nobody was even paying me any attention to the people in the store ! didn’t say hello or asking if I needed help or anything. Love the jewelry but get some better employees !!!!

The bracelet set that I had ordered online got canceled at the last minute so I had to go into the store to pick out something else but when I got there they actually did have one left in stock. I don’t think it was the same size as the one online because the girl said it came in a standard size. They were really nice & helpful in the store but I originally tried ordering online so I wouldn’t have to deal with the crowds & people at the mall right before Christmas.

The only thing that I was not satisfied with is the size of the store.. with all of the social distancing and store limits I had to wait to get into the store.. I only came to the mall to get a charm for my God Daughter. And because I appreciate Missy - she is always super friendly and seems to know exactly what we want. I believe Lashandra helped me pick out the charm and she was nice-

I could not open a Pandora credit card and get the extra 10% off my order along with the sale that was going on. There were not enough sales associates working.

I'm 75% disabled and walk with a cane. It takes me quite a while to get to a destination. I really wanted a charm bracelet with charms. I was able to get a friend to go with me. The reason why I am so disappointed was because even though it was the Tuesday right before Thanksgiving you hadn't started your black Friday sales like most other places (by one day). I would have saved over $100 on the exact same purchase. Your associates (friendly as they all were) didn't offer a way for me to save that money. I paid cash. I don't know about you, but that is still a lot of money that I could have saved.
