I looked online for the store hours. The website stated the store opened at 10. I got to the mall about 10:15 store was not open. They did not open until 11. So I was upset about that. I have 3 charms that have broken and the store keeps telling me to contact customer service. When I do I can never get through to anyone. My latest store visit was to get a clip with safety chain. Well the selection was not many and I ended up with one that just slides on instead of clips to the end of the bracelet. Well I have the hardest time securing my bracelet now because I have to hold the charm in place to close and it always slips off. I am not happy with my purchase.

I drove an hour to the Pandora store because I had to return a bracelet that was defective. The exchange was done outside of the store because of the pandemic, very efficiently and the associate that handled it was very friendly and knowledgeable. I then proceeded into the store to shop for more merchandise. The associate that was supposed to be assisting me inside the store was not very friendly at all and not helpful. I had multiple questions on different items and she was not helpful. She actually acted as though it were a burden to show me different items and answer my questions. I have been in other Pandora stores throughout the country and I didn’t feel as though this store had a very good selection. I have been in several other stores and have always had a good experience. Like I said, the first associate that helped me outside of the store was very nice and very helpful it was just the one associate inside of the store at the Destiny Mall in Syracuse New York that acted as though she didn’t want to help me and it was a problem that I was there.

Due to the long wait outside the store. That’s mainly it, also cause the store is relatively tiny and limited in movement and options.
