The manager couldn’t locate what I wanted. She acted like it was an inconvenience to help me. She was busy talking to another employee and didn’t want to be bothered. Oh well.

The store is kind of small. When more customers came in moving around was harder. The assistant did not know the places of some of the charms but she found them later so I won’t complain. Very good - not excellent- experience and I will highly likely revisit soon.

I was not highly satisfied because some items I wanted to purchase ere not in stock at the store. Also, items new to the catalog were not yet available in the store.

My purchase was a gift. A couple of the items that I was looking for were not in the store. The sales person had a bit of difficulty locating items.

I asked for a box for my ring, she asked me if I wanted to wear it out which I said yes to- but she gave me a cloth holder that cleans the ring to keep from tarnishing instead. While I appreciate the cloth to clean my rings I also like to have the boxes from my jewlery. Also there was a very limited selection of rings in gold or rose gold for my ring size available.

I had to make two trips to the store to get the bracelet replaced the clasp was defective and opened very easily. The first trip the manager could barely speak to me and was rude and suggested I call customer service to get the bracelet replaced because they didn’t have the right size. I told her I didn’t want to deal with mailing it back and forth and asked when a shipment would come I would return to exchange it then. She again instructed me to call customer service. On this last visit the manager was amazing helped me with no issues extremely nice and very competent in her position. Exchanged my bracelet and apologized for my previous issue. I have never had a bad experience at your store before. I was there February 15th around 1pm
