Associates could have been more friendly.

MY HUSBAND PURCHASED A BRACELET WITH CHARMS INCLUDED FOR 149.99, WE WERE TOLD THAT A FREE KISS LIP POUCH OR HEART COSMETIC BAG WAS INCLUDED DUE TO THE VALENTINES DAY PROMO GOING ON, HE PAID AND WE WERE LEAVING AND NOTICED THAT THEY FORGOT THE KISS LIPS OR OTHER BAG, THE SALES PERSON WAS WHO HELPED US SAID TO JUST PICK OUT EITHER ONE UNTIL SOME RUDE WOMAN CAME UP AND YELLED ACROSS THE STORE THAT THE COSMETIC BAG WITH HEARTS OR KISS LIPS WERE NOT INCLUDED AND SHE TURNED AND WALKED AWAY, BASICALLY SHE WAS A RUDE UNHAPPY INDIVIDUAL WHO SHOULD NOT BE WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC!

I was looking specifically for Pandora bead that would stop my beads from falling off the bracelet when I take it off.(a stoppered) the sales associate showed me the wrong type of beads for the type of bracelet I have and this was not discovered until check out. I would also have liked to see all of the possible bead choices on display rather than having so many hidden away in cupboards. You might have made a larger sale if i could have seen all the choices.

Sales-Associate not friendly.

I know it was due to being shortly after Christmas but the store was very crowded and hard to move around in. There were several associates working but only one seemed to care that I had been waiting awhile and had been cut in front of.

I waited a long time in line, it was super busy that day with not a lot of staff. Other than that it was great there!

I wish that Pandora would have SALES!!!

Store was too small for me to maneuver my child's stroller through. Also, although not rude, the woman assisting me was not very enthusiastic/personable.
