Pandora Jewelry

I love the charm bracelets but I find some of the prices quite high for some of the charms. The store was full of associates and customers and it was somewhat difficult to move around. I did not like being greeted at the door by the associate who asked me if I was just looking or if I was going to make a purchase---she didn't give me the opportunity to actually see if there was anything I actually wanted to buy. It did not make me valued as a customer.

Everyone is friendly and makes you feel welcome.

The sales person was not that friendly or helpful

There was a wait for a sales associate. This would have not been a big deal except no one actually said "hello we will be with you in a moment" or anything like that. We weren't acknowledged until someon had finished with their customer. Also for some reason the associate could not find my boyfriend's account in the system. We have purchased from numerous Pandora locations including that one so I am not sure what the problem was.

Sales associate was slow and did not know the product at all the store manager had to asst which she was very helpful but the actual associate was clueless. When I asked about necklaces thst she recommended she said whatever is in the case you can see. No recommendations I would have bought more but she was not helpful in product knowledge

There was one questing that I was unable to get answered.

Customer service was sort of rushed. I have shopped here before.

While checking out the salesperson asked if the 3 rings I purchased were gifts and if I'd like gift boxes for them which I said sure. Later when I looked at my receipt I realized the gift boxes were $5 a piece which I only said yes when asked as I wasn't ever told they were not included and the gifts boxes were $5 a piece which I was charged an extra $15 which I wouldn't of said yes to if I was told hey were additional money.... I believe the salesperson should of made me aware of the price of them and now I'm actually very turned off and not sure if I'd shop there in the future.... Very deceiving as in the past I've bought gifts and asked if I'd like a gift box and not charged at other stores... and $5 a box isn't just a small amount in my opinion. I believe the store should be making customers aware of the fee and not getting a surprise later when I get home and see the charge.. very wrong

Workers are a little harsh and overbearing. A few don’t acknowledge you, while others are breathing down your neck.

Was greeted right away. They had what i was looking for. The staff in this store are sociable and friendly.
