Store was over crowded. Sales associate was moving very swift, never asked if I wanted to see the merchandise I was purchasing upclose. She seemed to be rushing. She did not gift wrap my purchase, just simply threw it in a bag. Credit card machine was malfunctioning.

I have gone to ordering beads online as ten customer service in this store has steadily gone down hill. The pandemic has been tough on a lot of business in the Destiny mall. Customer service has never been more vital. Sometimes when you go into this store, the staff is more concerned about getting you out of the store.

Associate was not socially distanced. Had to wait long for service. Too many people in the store. Asked to see all dog items but then found a different one on a different display I wasn’t shown.

The Assistant manager was not very friendly. She seemed like we were an inconvenience to her. The first three rings I had picked out, they didn’t have. So I had to keep asking for others one. I felt rushed to buy something I wanted to wear all the time.

My pandora store is definitely not the same. The staff are just there to get a check. Its trashy and ghetto. They are not knowledgeable about PANDORA

My daughter lost her kangaroo charm off her bracelet. The kangaroo got hooked on the latch & pried it open without her knowledge. The bracelet came undone multiple times. Unfortunately we were traveling & unable to make it to a Pandora store before the loss occurred. She was disappointed because she just got the bracelet & charm as a Christmas gift. I understand you guys don’t cover loss but I’m really disappointed that it was possible to lose it off of her bracelet. The staff was helpful to resolve the problem from happening again. But it cost us an extra $95 plus tax to buy the replacement kangaroo & the other 2 parts needed to add to the bracelet to prevent the problem again.

The sales associates were not familiar with how to sign someone up for a Pandora credit card. I was in this store for 30 minutes + for two items and it took her forever to find them even though they were on a main display. They were also using unprofessional language in the store. We came into an empty store, the associate barely acknowledged us, never asked what we were looking for or how she could help, and spent 95% of the time in the back room talking to another associate

Put name on list, was only name on list and sales associate felt it was more important to talk with someone who's name was not on the list then the next available customer. Then sales associate disappeared to the back room for some reason prolonging servicing the customer. Associate needs customer service training. I was also looking to purchase a gold ring but was only shown that your only have options that are $450 or higher?????

The sales person asked me if i needed help and i started to explain what i was looking for and she saw someone she knew so she stopped listening to me and walked over to the person she knew. This was my first time in the store and shopping pandora and that was completely rude and makes me not want to shop there again.
