The store did not offer the free bracelet that online offered- although in stock- could have chosen online pickup in store so not sure why they could not honor the offering. Chose to return all merchandise

Store was difficult to maneuver. Sales associate showed no interest in me and rushed me through my purchase. Overall experience was disappointing.

I purchased a link bracelet and the sales associate gave me the wrong size even after I told her the size I need. And the quality of the link bracelet looks cheap and like plastic. I bought what she gave me bc I wanted a high and will have my mom exchange it for her size. Not a very attentive or helpful sales associate. I was not heard and didn’t feel happy about my experience. Very disappointing

In a nutshell the girl was back and forth and had no knowledge of charms I was looking for. She offered me an icecream cone and said it was a microphone! She also rang up the wrong charms for the ones I had. I basically had to tell her and show her the charms item numbers in the book. And then she ended up charging my debit card twice! And I literally had to call my bank right there in the store. She first ran it as debit. Then said it didn’t work and then ran it as a credit! I could not believe it! I felt taken advantage of and just wanted to get out of the store. This was also embarrassing as other customers behind me were waiting really long for her to figure out what to do next. Anyways, I still love Pandora! And will still buy Pandora. Just not at this store in Destiny USA Syracuse NY.

The associate lack of help, knowledge and especially not willing to assist me setting up the account for 10% discount being that I’m a nurse. Both associates that was working wasn’t very helpful and didn’t have full knowledge of pandora items. I’ve been a customer for over 10yrs. Totally disappointed and my daughter was shopping this day as well. She actually got frustrated and put some items back. The amount of money my daughter and I spend also have invested I’m totally dissatisfied and disappointed.

I waited in line to get in which was fine and I didn’t mind! I had someone ask what I was shopping for but I also knew there was a sale. As soon as I got in the store the lady gave me the ring I was looking for to try on and while I was doing so I asked what exactly is on sale and she looked at me and goes anything on top. I said okay and told my sister who was going to look as well. The lady helping us said so are you buying this ring and walked away to check me out after I said yes. Very rude customer service.
