I feel the clerk was not interested in helping me, she was friendly however did not take time with for me to look through the charms as I wanted to do. She wanted to get back to the task she was doing. The store was not busy and I was Christmas shopping and would have like to have been able to spend more time looking at the charms. They are not displayed so you can look for your self. I was very disappointed with my shopping experience.

The sales associate seem like she just didn't want to be there and wasn't helpful at all. When ringing me up she was on the phone talking until the other associate told her to tell the person on the phone to please hold.

I bought a ring and now it’s 50% off. Our local store is not taking any returns or exchanges. I feel Like I should get a price adjustment for this!

When I first entered the store in Destiny Usa mall, the sale associate was not helpful. When I asked if they had an item I was looking for, her answer was a direct no with no explanation. Furthermore, I will not be going back to that location

During my visit to the location at destiny USA in Syracuse, NY, the “ assistant manager” Heather O was unprofessional, rude & seemed irritated to assist me. I was forgotten about when leaving my bracelet to be cleaned so it was rushed and done inefficiently. Also overcharged for a product that was entirely the wrong item rang up which felt almost intentional bc of her rude nature saying it was a final sale item. I felt undervalued and highly considering not supporting anymore after my 10 years of consuming.

There was a line at the door where many customers had to wait and only allowed in one at a time. There enough catalogs to view to decrease the additional time needed on the store. The rationale given was based on the number of staff members on. If this was not a gift I needed for someone I would have left.

I was very unhappy with the friendliness of all of the sales associates at this location. I was very happy to be shopping for a new ring and the sales associates were not friendly. They made me feel like I was a burden for asking them for assistance with finding a new ring.

This store had extremely low inventory every thing my wife wanted was out of stock . The sales rep was helpful but ya can't sell what is not there. I'm disappointed in this store .I will not ever shop there again. What a wast of time.

The sales associate I purchased from her name was Haley she was so sweet and very helpful enjoyed working with her greatly. The store was packed as to be expected for the day after Christmas she pulled out the rings and brought them to me as the counter they are at was surrounded by people. Just want to say thank you Haley for great customer service if I am to come back to this location it will only be to work with Haley! I came back the next morning to return the ring I purchased because it was to large. When you try on a ring for a couple of seconds at a store is completely different from wearing a ring for a few hours at home. I drove the two and a half hours back to this store to return within the companies policy only to be treated so rudely at this store the next morning. I don’t know the gals name that was working she wasn’t wearing a name tag. She seemed to only want to talk to the other women that were standing around her. She would not look me in the eyes and her tone of everything is what did it for me she was very rude. I know I’m returning an item but that’s no reason to be disrespectful.
