My husband bought me a gift while traveling. I wanted to return the item and was told that items can only be returned to the store it was purchased at. This was logistically Impossible. I exchanged the time for something else but displeased at your return policy.

During this one visit. I was not given the personal attention I was used too. I will probably only stop in when I see the two managers we normally work with.

The sales associates we less than helpful. I own an extremely busy donut show in Syracuse and providing great Customer Service to EVERY person, all the time is more important to us than anything else. My almost 16 year old that I was purchasing a ring for said..wow not very friendly as we exited. Not only was the gal that was waiting on us less than friendly but my observation of the other rep in the store was very similiar.

I purchased a ring at the Syracuse store and came home (1.5 hrs away) and found my ring in the box missing a pave stone. I called the store and they told me I’d have to bring it back or mail it to Pandora and wait for a new replacement. Very disappointed that I got a defective ring on the day of purchase!

Store set up (displays, shelves) doesn't allow many people to move around & look at merchandise. The two charms I really wanted were not at this store, didn't carry them at any time : (

I went in there looking for a different bracelet for my charms and the associate sold me one i liked and i questioned whether it was big enough once i put my charms on and she assured me it was. So i get it home and cannot put on 5 charms and be able to buckle it. I live in Elmira which is a hour and a half away and won't be able to get back up there, so I have a $80 bracelet i can't wear.

Admira H was extremely rude while trying to help me when I was picking out a ring for my girlfriend. She acted as if I was bothering when I asked to look at a different ring that I thought my girlfriend would like.

The sales associate and manager in duty acted like it was an inconvenience I was there. They complained about doing their job and were rude. They didn't know anything about the products and were not helpful. The associate made fun of the Disney charms and people who buy them, but that's all I have. Apparently it's not ok to buy Disney charms according to her. Not pleased with this experience. Not what I want to deal with.

The woman in tbe store was abrupt appeared annoyed. I don't know if she thought I couldn't afford a bracelet . i was wearing sweats. She was annoyed with every question especially if I asked to see something. I did want to look at a few different ones before deciding. I ended up leaving without getting the thing to open clasp. I was offended. I asked my son as we walked out if I looked like white trash I was almost in tears.I will never return to that store.

The sales person was SO MEAN, I try to explain her that I was trying to try the charms before purchased them and she seriously treat me like I was trying to still her, so mean , and disrespectful. I felt so bad and never to wanted to buy anything NEVER AGAIN!!!
