Pandora Jewelry

The customer service was atrocious. Upon entering the store 3 associates stood at the register. We asked for help at the rings an associate came over, and then proceeded to leave mid interaction to help another customer without saying a word. No other associates approached us for about 15 minutes although it was clear we needed to try on sizes. The associate that did help us -Melissa P- was absolutely nasty to my sister and I. Not sure if it was because we were younger and she didn't think we could afford the jewelry but she reluctantly helped us. Every time we asked to try different ring sizes she huffed and gave us a look, acting like it was a disturbance to her. She did not even know the product, she rung us up for the wrong rings and we had to correct her. For a brand that tries to represent high class, the employees were anything but. The rings themselves were gorgeous, although I wish there were smaller sizes in all designs to allow them to be worn on the pinky finger. As a first time buyer, it is a shame I will never be going back to the store. An experience that was supposed to be a sentimental sister day was soiled by the experience.

Associate was very rude. Pretty much blamed us for the pieces being damaged. Said if it happens again they won’t replace them!

placed an order for pickup, among arriving item that was in stock at time of order was no longer there after payment. Staff were unaware of product knowledge.

The sales person, Kisha was very rude to my child who bought me the charm. She was disrespectful and rude . If she doesn’t know how to deal with customers she should be on the back packing boxes or something.

I came in to buy presents for my three nieces. The sales associate is extremely rude and was not interested in showing or with helping me find what i was looking for. When bought the stuff on asking her just to put ribbons on the three boxes and made an awful face and asked somebody else to do it!!! I felt weird and highly disappointed by the attitude throughout my visit! Thanks
