The sales associates were very knowledgeable about all of the merchandise in the store. They were very warm and welcoming and inviting! They were genuinely concerned about what I wanted and not what they wanted me to have! I would highly recommend this merchandise and the store to others! I am very grateful for my first Pandora experience!

Melissa was very kind and patient with me as I was indecisive on what I wanted . I picked one thing and payed for it and left but came back because I changed my mind . And Melissa was very great about me exchanging my item !

I was really satisfied with my Pandora experience because the in store pick up process was efficient. I purchased a bracelet and charms. When I arrived at the store the sales associate went the extra mile and had already put the charms on the bracelet for me which I thought was really thoughtful.

The associate was helpful and assisted us the entire time. We know if there are any problems we can go back to the store and be treated in the same manner. The bracelet is beautiful!
