I came in looking for a specific ring for my girlfriend. Sadly it wasn’t in stock but David R. helped me on finding another jewelry. I actually left with a better purchase. He went above and beyond on customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back for David. He was a star! Thank you guys all so much!

The greeter at the door was amazing and very helpful upon entering the store it was very clean and my salesperson made sure to look for an item I really wanted

Melanie was awesome! I wanted Park Exclusives for Disney and once I told her, she started asking questions to get to know what I liked. She asked who was my favorite character and then showed me charms for her. I told her I saw one at another park that I liked and she showed me that one as well. I ended up getting two for my favorite character and the one I had seen at the other park. I only came in to buy one charm and I left with three with no regrets. She was so personable and bubbly even after 9 on a Wednesday night. I enjoyed my time with her and she gave me a great experience!

Great product with lots of designing options.

I went on the website and picked out charms I was interested in and Julyssa was amazing with finding all of them and getting the pricing for me we only brought 3 charms but we know what the pricing is for the others for next time she also offered to engrave the padlock but I said next time we didn't have to wait long for anything and I think it helped since I knew what I wanted... I do think the store needs to be bigger for the foot traffic that was in the store they tried controlling to amount of people in the store with a line but i felt like it was still cluttered but overall i had a great experience
