This was my first experience with Pandora and the staff at this store were so friendly and helpful. In particular, my sales associate David R took the time to make me feel welcome and explain how the bracelets work. He also went out of his way to get me the right size and tell me about some sales.

David R was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He made sure to let us know about the sales going on in the store as well as the new products in the store.

They were very kind and helpful. And very patient with my friend and I. Overall a great experience I wish I lived close so that I could visit again.

I went in looking for specific items that day. The sales associate knew exactly where the items were. She was very helpful and friendly.

When I first purchased my Disney bracelet it had a broken clasp but I went back to get it checked out and she was very nice and replaced the bracelet with a new one
