Our sales associate, Melissa, was fantastic! My daughter and I were buying and also for my Granddaughter- who knew she wanted a charm but was having a problem deciding which one she liked best (12 yr old) Melissa was very helpful and patient and made suggestions and put things together for her to try. She was just wonderful!

Holly at the Pandora store in Disney Springs of Orlando was so helpful. It was my first time picking my charms out. She made me aware of needing a safety chain which we did not know about. My sons got me the bracelet and first charm. So I was able to get a couple more and spacers this visit. With help from the Pandora credit and teacher discounts. Holly was wonderful. We plan on going back very soon.
