I came in for an exchange and the charm that I wanted was available. The sales associate spend a lot of time with us to make sure I was satisfied. Also offered tips.

As soon as we walked in, we were recognized by David (a sales associate we had before). He went out of his way to greet us and get us right to his station. As we had experienced before, David went above and beyond to show us many options and was so kind and patient. We didn't go in with an idea of what we wanted, but thanks to David showing us many options and understanding what we like, we each left with another new bracelet and several charms for it.
