Faith was amazing, she had wonderful knowledge of the merchandise and was friendly. She offered suggestions and helped me decide what to buy. She was very helpful!

David R was the agent that took care of us, we spent around 25 minutes and he was very detailed when comes to showing us the rings, we got the right sizes, and we felt in love so much that we decided to purchase two rings!! Just because of David we will return to the store and make sure to have him to take care of us! Very patient, always smiling, and not rushing me or my boyfriend even when the store was about to close. Once again, thank David for the perfect experience and thank you Pandora.

The customer service was great! They were very knowledgeable and nice also! I was glad I was able to finally find what I wanted since the Disney website has showed out of stock since last year when I visited magic kingdom!

I bought a bracelet Oct 2022 which was difficult to open so I wore it once. Very pleased and unexpected that the store would replace it with another bracelet which I am able to open.

I went to the pandora at Disney springs where I was lucky to be greeted by a sales associate by the name of Melissa. She was very helpful and kind and offered many other options when I wasn’t sure what I wanted.
