I needed to exchange a shorter bracelet for a longer bracelet. The manager explained the policy, which no one had ever done before, and then attempted to assist me. It was a successful exchange and I bought another (fourth for this trip) charm.

The staff member that helped us, Kristen, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! She was the first associate in all our Pandora visits to offer the complimentary bracelet and charm cleaning services. We didn't even know they existed prior to today!
