As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a sales associate and I told her what I was looking for. She pulled the charm out and showed it to me and we closed the sale out in under 8 minutes. A great experience!

The Associate, Leticia, was friendly and helpful. She worked with us to get the correct size for a new bracelet, and searched the store to find the correct item. GIven a vague description of an item that we had seen before in the store, she was able to correctly find it.

Isabela and her manager went out of their way to not only answer every question I had but make our experience amazing. It’s rare to meet people dedicated to helping others and both made me and my wife feel like family.

Friendly welcome at the door. Associate listened to what I was looking for. She made a suggestion and then we proceeded to the counter. She was very knowledgeable of the product. She made a suggestions of some of the new products which I ended up purchasing. I’m very happy with my purchase…as always!
