I purchased a gift for my mother in law during the buy more save more event. She wished to exchange the clips for different charms instead. The initial return she wanted two charms. We finished the transaction and left. Not even an hour later she kept going back and forth about the new exchange, thus we returned to the store. Elisabeth was so helpful with the 2nd exchange. My MIL left super happy with a new clip instead of the charm.

My daughter in law purchased clips for my bracelet because I complained about not putting my charms on because they slip off. I did not like the clips I got. They were not easy to open or close. Shannon and Elisabeth assisted me with my exchange. I got two charms instead. They were very patient.

The associate, Amanda E., was very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated her suggestion for a safety chain when she saw I had several Disney exclusives that were not replaceable.

Customer Service Availability

I like the quality and the designs.... But for my birthday I expected a good deal or gift. Only 1 of my bracelets have 13 charms.

The store is bright and inviting. I was greeted at the door by a friendly associate. I was waited on in less than 5 minutes when I finally looked like I was ready. The associate was highly knowledgeable of the offers, collection and even showed me and made suggestions on what I would purchase. Not pushy at all
