Everyone knows Disney Springs can be quite popular. When my husband and I entered the Pandora store, there was barely enough room for us to walk with our stroller. I was pleasantly surprised when Nancy walked up to us and offered her assistance and even though the store was crowded! She made us feel seen, heard, and more than welcomed.
