Pandora Jewelry

I was in Disney for the Princess Marathon Run. I fell in love with the princess ring, but the one they had was in silver, I’m a rose gold kind of girl. We went to the store at The Magic Kingdom and right as we walked in, there was my ring in rose gold. I went to the counter and asked if I could exchange my ring because I had the receipt in my bag. The woman at the counter (wish I could call her name) was AMAZING! She could clearly see how excited I was and obviously, my other jewelry is all rose gold. I wanted the band that went with it, but they didn’t have it and she suggested Disney Springs. Here, I met Ian. I showed him my ring and told him what I wanted and went straight to it. I had the best experience with your company.

Sales person made valuable suggestions, but was not pushy about them.

The sales associate made the experience positive. I was in town for the Disney Run and wanted to purchase some commemorative items. The free tumbler was a pleasant surprise.

Jamilka was very nice and took care of all my needs and questions.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgable. I felt the two personnel members I met, although very busy with many customers, gave their full attention to the person they were talking with and that is respectable and admired.

Michelle was a great associate. I didn't own any Pandora jewelry. Thanks to Michelle now I have a bracelet.

I was very satisfied with my recent visit to your store. When I walked in a sales associate asked me my name, I don’t even think it was a minute, I was helped. The sales associate was extremely helpful & very pleasant. Even after I paid for my merchandise, I asked the sales associate where I would be able to purchase some fudge, she gladly told me where to go. I would highly recommend your store & I will definitely come back to your store in August. 😊

Everyone at this location we're extremely nice. I enjoyed the fact that the store was very busy, but my wait time was under 5 mins.
