I was visiting from the UK and have a variety of pandora jewellery. Been able to purchase some Disney exclusive were my main reason for my visit. I have very pleased with my purchases and Shanica was most helpful when it came to choosing my items.

First I went in looking for a product that I could not find elsewhere, and to top it off I got a free scarf. I love that the attendant offered to clean my existing bracelet when I asked how to clean it. i have had asked this question, noone had taken initiative. Finally, I loved the location and also she was very helpful in offering details about the bracelet warranty and because of that I ended up purchasing additional items. Thanks

Almost right away, I was approached by Jamilka who inquired if I needed assistance. I was interested in the Essence Collection and in purchasing a bracelet. Jamilka fitted me appropriately with the correct size of bracelet and she along with Jennifer helped me pick out my first charm from the Essence Collection. Jamilka also informed me that the tool to open the clasp on the bracelet was on sale, so I also purchased this item. I appreciate the excellent service that I received from Jamilka and Jennifer.
