David was awesome. I came in feeling like I wouldn’t get the help I wanted when David walked up and made me feel important. He made it very easy to understand everything about the item I wanted including warranty, function, and even the pandora credit card and it’s benefits. I was in and out with no problems. You need more salesmen like David.

The sales staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. There were many items to choose from. Customer service was impeccable.

I have been collecting Disney pandora exclusives for nearly 2 years and now I have 6 more to add to my collection one very happy lady 😁

I knew the item I was looking for prior to going to the store. The sales associate promptly located the item, answered any questions and assembled my bracelet for me. She was knowledgeable had my order processed, including my Cast Member discount, quickly.

The store was clean and bright, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. It was very crowded and hard to get around, but the staff was aware, and worked very hard to bring the items we wanted directly to us so we didn't have to fight the crowds. My mother and father-in-law bought me my bracelet for a valentine's day gift, and I am very happy with the product.

I was looking for a limited edition charm and the salesman knew exactly what I was looking for, immediately retrieved it and I was able to purchase it.
