Went to exchange a gift without receipt and it wasn’t any issue. I got assisted as a regular purchase.

The staff in the Disney springs Pandora store are wonderful. We had a horrible experience with the Pandora in Magic Kingdom, the staff were rude and abnoxious to our whole party even though we spent $400 collectively. I will be contacting head office regarding this. Having said that, I wish to point out that the lady who helped me with this transaction in Disney Springs was truly lovely, really knowledgable and excited about the products and helped me chose very cute items. I informed her about my experience in magic kingdom and she was really sad. I will be doing my future business at the Disney springs as the staff are a million times better!

I knew what I wanted, waited on fairly soon, paid and got out of a very crowded store quickly. (it was valentines day)

Very friendly sales staff. The store was very busy but we did not wait long.

I talked with two associates, and they were both very helpful and friendly. The store was crowded, but we still managed to see everything I wanted to see. I said I would not return to this store in 90 days only because I don't live in Orlando. But I will return to the store when I go back to Orlando.

The sales associate was very friendly and helpful. The only reason I would not be returning in the next 90 days is that we were on holidays in Florida and are not going back for a few years. I also don't know anyone going to Disney in the next 3 months but I will definitely recommend the store to anyone who is going.
