Although the store was busy, it didn’t take too long to talk to an associate and be able to make my purchase.

From the time I walked into the store, everyone was super nice and helpful, but not pressuring me to purchase.

Our sales assistant was very helpful and she really helped me decide what bead to buy as I was undecided and was really pleased with my choice. The only thing I was not happy about was that another associate came up and asked if we were finishing up. We had spent $160 and thought it abit rude.

My sales person Amanda E. Was so helpful and knowledgeable ! She helped me pick out 2 charms for my sea themed bracelet and then took everything off my bracelet and relocated the charms so I could wear it all tonite. I was very happy!
