The sales associate, Hannah, was excellent. She had great knowledge of the products and was talking to us about our vacation. She was extremely patient with us (we wanted to see quite a few charms). She was so friendly and she made our whole experience better.

I was looking for some new charms to go with the ones my kids had just given to me. The women brought out a few selections. It seemed like they new my style. I loved all three choices and ended up buying two. They did suggest I also get a safety chain which I plan on doing on my next trip! Loved every bit of the store and personnel!

I was highly satisfied with the sales associate that helped me. Her name was Amanda and she was very knowledgable with what ring size I needed and how to match the ring with other rings in the store. She helped me find exactly what i was looking for and I was very happy with the result.

The sales staff member was very patient answering all questions asked and offering lots of options on how to put my bracelet together. Very impressed 😃

I was highly satisfied with my visit because the salesgirls helped me solve a couple of problems with two of my bracelets. Also I was able to switch another bracelet that was too big for a smaller one that fits much better!
