My sales associate David R. Was super helpful friendly and went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. The store was extremely busy but it was like I was the only person in there.

The sales associate was knowledgeable. Service received was friendly. We never felt pushed for sales. Store was beautiful and a great location. Only downside is we're from the UK so can only visit this store whilst on holiday as we have done on a previous holiday.

David, my sales associate, was very professional & helpful. He informed me about not having more than 5 items on my rose gold bracelet as it will ruin the band by pulling the strand. I have purchased charms 3 times & was never told this. The sales associates put the charms on my bracelet. I was so happy David informed me about this.
