I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in the store. The sales associate offered her assistance I brought me over to what I was looking for and offered to show me the beads I was interested in.

The two lady staff members dealing with me were exemplary. They exchanged a charm for me without issue, they helped me re-arrange my bracelet to include my new charms and made me feel like we were just a bunch of friends whilst doing it. They made this holiday experience really, really special
