I come here all the time and everybody is so friendly tatiana the manager and Stephanie were great.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. My bracelet had broken and I had just gotten it over thanksgiving. I couldn’t find the proof of sale, because I’m away in another state and they still exchanged it for me. It really brightened my vacation because I was bummed over the bracelet breaking.

Our sales associate, Ashley C., greeted us as soon as we entered the store. She was very friendly and helpful. She was able to answer all of our questions and find the items we needed. She also showed us a new way to stack our charms that was beautiful. I would recommend her and this store to eveyone. I was very impressed.

Our sales associate, Megan, was both friendly and knowledgeable. She spent much time with us helping us to make the best selection to fit our needs. She was patient when we didn't understand things and went out of her way to be sure we knew how to use and care for our purchase.

Staff was very friendly and helpful in the disney springs location. Even though it was busy someone personally came to assist me and was very patient. It's very nice to feel welcome and appreciated just for visiting.
