We had an amazing sales associate.

We walked up to the store and started to give our name to the person at the door. Just as we were doing that we were let in with another sales lady. Proceeded to counter, picked out our bead, paid and left. Very smooth from start to finish!

The store manager Tricia, was amazing to work with! She knows the charms and took the time to get to know me a little bit in order to make solid recommendations! Being a mom, she understood my desire to build two new bracelets for my granddaughters. She was awesome!

I really enjoyed how friendly the associates were and there were plenty of staff to handle what seemed to be a highly trafficked store. Michelle was absolutely wonderful and was kind enough to help my husband and I chose JUST the right charms to add to my bracelet.
