My husband and I were looking for a Christmas gift for our daughter. We found the perfect charms for her and it turned out they were on sale so it was a double win. We love Pandora!

The greeter at the door of this very busy store was friendly and took my name and told me that I had a 5 minute wait for a sales person. Usually there is a queue line out the door so I was pleased with that! I had time to look at the displays and I was happy with the holiday boxed selections displayed at a special price! I am a Disney cast member and thought I would use my discount there but because of the items I purchased the discount wasn't allowed. Shanica was my sales person and was so helpful and seemed so happy to be there! She didn't rush me and answered my questions although the store was very busy. She was there just for me! I am pleased with my purchases and Shanica's excellent customer service. Thank you!
