Store was extremely busy and had to wait in line - which was understandable, Sales person was handing out water and booklets to go through and answering questions. That was great!!! Once inside you were treated very well and provided with individual attention.

The sales associates were very friendly. Nancy & Jen were very fun to work with to create my bracelet. Jen was very considerate of what I liked and asked a lot of questions and was flexible to take it apart and put it back together again to get the exact look I wanted!
