I came in with a bead that had broken at the top. The associate was very understanding and exchanged the bead with no questions. I also had another bead that I wasn’t sure whether they would be able to help with. She looked up when the bead was purchased, confirmed with her manager, and informed me that the bead was still covered under the 1 year warranty. I was so happy and relieved that they were able to help me.

The sales person was friendly, knowledgeable,helpful ,accommodating and her Pandora jewelry was so beautifully displayed on her Im sure it would help for more purchases . She is and was a definite keeper.
