Sales person was extremely nice. Manager even assisted. Sales person was very knowledgeable.

The sales staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a good selection on merchandise.

The girl that helped us had to spend quite with us and she was great helping us find the best was to make our purchase. Ginny was her name.

The sales associate, Jessica, was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, and gave excellent customer service!! She knew which Disney charms were being retired and which were new. And she also let us know that we could either get 10% off our purchase since we were passholders OR get 2 free bracelets since we were spending over $250.00. We didn’t know we even had a choice, but she took the time to explain why passholders usually only get 10% at the Disney Springs location rather than 20% as we do when on Disney property. She was so much friendlier than the last employee who helped us at the Pandora “store” at Magic Kingdom! And we were happy that I could have my bracelets cleaned at this location since they cannot do it at Magic Kingdom.

The sales associate was very kind and helpful. She didn't try to persuade me into something I didn't want or need. She understood exactly what I was looking for, and took care of me quickly.

Michelle & her manager, Priscilla were amazing! I had a complicated situation and they could not have been more accommodating. They were so sweet and helpful and handled every request with a smile. I live over 2 hours away but it was worth the trip just to shop at this Pandora store. They both deserve whatever accolades are available.
