I thought the store was organized as customers waited outside the store until a sales associate could help. I got Lorrainne who was excellent. She advised me and took the time to reorganize my bracelet, even showing me what I should buy next.

The store had what I needed and everyone worked as a team to make transactions go smooth. And I was a lot of fun to talk to and I can tell she really enjoyed working with her coworkers and loves what she does.
