We visited the store since my husband wanted to get a starter Pandora bracelet for our Anniversary as a gift. the Sales 1st person not only was incredibly sweet trying to find something that I will wear all the time but also then introduced us with David who was very knowledgeable about the product and helped me get the right size and provided me with a lot of information in order to choose my future pieces.

I purchased a ring at Magic Kingdom and stones have fallen out. I have been trying to replace for almost a year. Unable to replace the exact ring because of size. I decided to forget about it and put it in the jewelry box. We were at Disney Springs on Saturday and we devc

1. Disney Springs is my favorite hang out place: to shop, dine, mingle, and relax. Having some of my favorite stores there, including Pandora. To find out that my annual pass is honored at this location is even more exciting and will cause me to return again and again. 2. The ladies there were absolutely outstanding. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and truly interested is assisting me. They took their time while I decided among many options, they cleaned my jewelry, listened to the stories my Pandora charms told, and helped me style my bracelets. 3. Lastly, the ladies there allowed me continue shopping elsewhere, go eat dinner and hang out for a few hours while they held my package. How convenient! Thank you Pandora!

I was greeted by the salesperson as I walked into the door with a friendly smile. She engaged a friendly conversation during the sale. She was interested in what the sale was for which is a plus too, to ensure my purchase was for the right reasons too!

The service from your Pandora staff was excellent. They were friendly and held a very good conversation, they weren’t pushy at all and they were patient with me with a decided on which products I wanted to buy. & there knowledge is the products was fantastic. The customer service definitely exceeded my expectations.

Zane and Keysha were fantastic sales assistants made me feel welcome and were a pleasure to be served by.
