We visited the store whilst on vacation. This was a further visit following several purchases a few days earlier! We were delighted to be greated by Priscilla who was so polite and engaging and recalled our previous purchases and conversation. Her knowledge of products was excellent and we would recommend that she be commended as part of any employee recognition programme. In addition our sales cashier Nicole was also excellent.

I was highly satisfied with your store and my new Disney bracelet because of the employees there... everyone was so friendly on the way in and as we left too! I was not going to purchase anything on this trip but, the price was right and the explanation of the bracelet was perfect so I needed to buy it then and there! I live in Wisconsin I hope all Pandora stores are as friendly as the one at Disney springs was!!

Sales associate, Michelle, was very attentive and professional! The selection of various items were easy to navigate and to locate my favorite pieces. The set up of the Disney Springs store was neat and clean.

I like that they have a check in process and so you are waited on in the order you put your name in. Seems very fair. The jewelry is very nice and not such a huge volume that you could never make up your mind.
