My experience at the Pandora store in Disney Springs was amazing! Stephanie R. (No. 159076) was such a great sales person. She didn't try to convince me to purchase anything beyond my budget, was so friendly, and spent a long time with me and my friend narrowing down what we should buy. I hope she will hear about this review, because she was truly a pleasure to shop with. I wish I lived closer to Orlando because I would certainly visit her every time for my future pandora purchases.

I was in town visiting and my friend took me to Downtown Disney/Disney Springs. I wanted to get something to commemorate the trip for my pandora bracelet. Zane was the MOST patient, helpful, and funny associate there. He helped me pick out a charm + another that was a percentage off and even helped me figure out where to put them on my bracelet from a photo of the charms I already had. He was brilliant. 10/10, would recommend.

Both sales ladies went out of their way to help me make purchases both for myself and for Christmas presents. Both deserve recognition for anticipating my unspoken desire to start another bracelet and for knowing exactly what charms would set it off beautifully! The only reason I would not visit again was because I was on vacation. Thank you for hiring these women. They are prime examples of why I continue to build a Pandora wardrobe.

The stylist Nancy was exceptionally professional,helpful and knowledgable about pandora products. I am on vacation here and will definitely recommend family and friends that they visit your store at Disney Springs. Although the store was very busy I was attended to quickly.

Sales people are very knowledgeable, friendly and accessible. Store is neat and clean and merchandise is beautiful and good quality.
