I love going to this store. Excellent service and questions are answered immediately. Knowledge of merchandise by employee is excellent.

The sales associate asked if I needed help, showed me selections I was interested in and completed the sale quickly. Very nice store. I said I won't return because I don't live near this store.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable about the products.

David greeted us as we entered the store and was very helpful in locating the Disney exclusive charms. He showed us the available ones and provided information on upcoming releases. I was able to easily select the charm I wanted.

The sales girl knew what she was doing

The sales assistant Virginia H was so helpful. She spotted immediately that the bracelet I had bought 3 days previous was too small. She arranged for my bracelet to be exchanged for a larger size at no extra cost. Was so helpful in helping me choose more charms and then arranged the charms on my bracelet so beautifully. Thank you again Virginia from Disney Springsteen.
