David was so nice and knowledgeable about the pieces I wanted to look at. He was able to point out all of the little writings on the Tinkerbell pieces which I had not noticed prior to looking at the charms, ring, and bracelet online before going to the store. He also double checked that the bracelets he was pulling out of the bags for me were the correct sizes that were supposed to be in the bags.
