Jessica the sales associate was an absolute pleasure to work with. I usually tend to take more time than I should when going into Pandora stores, but Jessica did NOT make me feel like I was a burden to her. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products inside the store. I gave her extremely vague descriptions of what I saw before and she was able to exactly locate the item I was inquiring about. I only come to Pandora to purchase things for my mom and Jessica was a delight to work with. I actually ended up leaving with a ring for my mother's birthday rather than a charm and I feel like I got my money's worth with what she recommended. Jessica and Paola really did assist in regards to the rings, but Jessica went above and beyond for me. She was very funny and really cared about what I said and had great listening skills. She processed everything I told her and really gave me a woman's touch on what I should probably get for my mom even though my mom is a hard headed woman. Jessica really developed the right to ask for me the sale and I ended up leaving Labor Day night a happy customer with my experience. The whole staff there really cared to make sure that I was taken care of!

I was not expecting to by a Pandora charm during our visit to Disney. We went into the store to look and get out of the rain. All of the staff were extremely helpful and I walked out of the store with a charm!

The sales associate, Amelya, was super friendly and helpful. She listened to what we were looking for and was able to provide many options. I would recommend Amelya to anyone going to this Pandora store.

Walked in and was greeted by Pandora associates who quickly assisted me throughout my visit. I purchased a Disney World charm, but I also requested my charm bracelet by cleaned since it was tarnished and previous stores were unable to assist. To my surprise I came back to pick my bracelet up and the tarnish was completely gone and my bracelet looked great again!
