I went in with the plan to just look around, but was met with a "stylist" immediately who didn't allow me to explore the way I wanted to. I felt pressured multiple times and had to say no multiple times. I wasn't given an option, which led me to saying no. Overall I did find what I was looking for though.

It should have a promotion for new members and it should be easier to get it for everyone visitor from every country it must be perfect.

Unfortunately the original items I had my eye on were not available in the size I required. I felt the assistant was slightly reluctant to take items out of cabinet to see closer.

We was not highly satisfied due to the salesperson not really being sure about what she was selling and knowing about the sales that were occurring during our visit.

The overall customer service that I encountered in the store was very helpful. The only problems I personally encountered that the store was too busy for any associate to pay attention to me within 10 minutes of my experience in the store. After those first few minutes, an associate was able to help and show me the products of interest. After asking about free bracelet cleaning, the associate was happy to take me, and other members of my party, bracelets. When she noticed that one of the bracelets was slightly damaged, she offered to look into our order history and replace the bracelet under warranty. The associate was not only efficient during the process, but she was kind and thoughtful! Simply, the store was too busy and not enough associates were available. The store was also quite packed and there was almost no room to move and shop. Other than that, I am highly satisfied with the experience.

I loved everything about the store. The lady who helped me with my purchase was so helpful and soooo real. Loved her! Nothing really WOWED me, but I don’t think that’s an issue. Just for the reason that I wasn’t really wowed, I wasn’t highly satisfied

I was told I could change my product anywhere and I went to another store and they didn't accept the printed receipt or did the exchange. I had to return to the original store to exchange

This location appears to be very busy and there was an associate allowing customers in the store. However, the sea people were not readily available for any new customers coming in the store. So we had to wait before ever being approached.
